The Alliance Center opens access to joining or creating an alliance. Its construction requirement includes Base level 6. Membership brings alliance help, shared activities and technology contributions.
How alliance help works
Allies can help reduce construction and research timers. The Alliance Center's Received Help Limit controls the number of help actions you can receive. It starts at 3 at building level 1, reaches 9 at level 10 and grows to 20 at level 30.
The limit and the amount of time saved are different things. A higher help limit allows more responses to a request; help still comes from alliance members answering it.
What membership adds
Helping allies and contributing to alliance technology earns Alliance Contribution. That currency can be exchanged for items in the Alliance Shop. Members can also take part in rallies and claim alliance gifts generated by eligible activities.
The Alliance Trade Train is another alliance feature, with separate participation conditions. Constructing the Alliance Center opens membership, but individual activities can still require more members, time in the alliance or later feature unlocks.
