The Recruitment Center recruits heroes for your army. Construction requires Base level 4. Heroes form your lineups and lead units in battles and world-map activities.
What recruitment adds
Recruitment gives you heroes to develop and assign. It is separate from unit training at the Barracks: recruiting a hero does not train a batch of soldiers or create another march slot.
Each hero has a type and their own progression. Infantry, Tank and Aircraft Heroes receive type-specific bonuses from the corresponding hero centers. Lineup composition also matters, because matching hero types can grant formation bonuses in battle.
Heroes, units and squad power
Hero power reflects the hero's stats and development systems, including equipment and Airship bonuses. Unit power comes from the units deployed with the formation. Situational technology bonuses are applied under their relevant conditions, so the displayed squad power is not a complete description of every combat effect.
The hero catalog covers individual heroes. The Recruitment Center itself has 30 building levels, while the heroes recruited through it have their own levels and development requirements.
