The Logistics Center manages specialists who support your base and army. Construction requires Base level 9. The center is a single-level building, while specialists have their own recruitment and development.
How assignments work
The specialist list separates assigned and unassigned workers and shows how many are on duty. Quick Assign handles available assignments. Moving a specialist already working at another building prompts you to confirm the new assignment.
Professions include researchers, builders, doctors and resource workers. Their names describe a role, but the individual specialist's ability determines the actual benefit.
Specialist abilities
Some abilities affect activities beyond a building's production. Recruiting Zoe adds intel chests to Radar task rewards. Raina increases heroes' Squad Unit Capacity and ATK.
That unit-capacity benefit is different from unlocking another march slot. More units within a formation and more Squads available to deploy are separate improvements.
Specialist recruitment and promotion belong to the specialist system. Upgrading a Barracks, for example, changes training progression; it does not recruit or promote a specialist for you.
