Three different construction benefits
Free speedup time, construction speed and construction slots describe different benefits. The hut's named effect concerns free speedup time. Construction-speed bonuses affect how quickly building work progresses, while another construction slot lets another building project run alongside it.
The construction queue screen handles slots and shows whether each one is idle, locked or working. Raising the Builder's Hut should not be read as unlocking an extra queue with every level.
Other sources of building support
Development research includes construction-speed improvements. The Alliance Center opens alliance help, through which other members can reduce construction timers.
Builders are also a specialist profession managed through the Logistics Center. Their individual abilities and assignments are separate from the hut's building level. The hut reaches 212,800 building power at level 30, but that power value is not a duration or a construction-speed percentage.
