The President leads the Warzone after their alliance wins Capitol Conquest. The winning alliance's leader receives the position. Taking part in the battle or belonging to the winning alliance does not make every member President.

The President appoints a Vice President and manages access to President Items. These items give individual commanders short opportunities to boost construction, research, training, healing or resource collection.

How to become President

Capitol Conquest opens once a week. Your alliance must occupy a Lv. 6 City to challenge the Capitol. Commanders need Base Lv. 15 to participate, and the game also checks that the alliance has a city adjacent to the Capitol.

The battle lasts up to eight hours. The first alliance to accumulate four hours of Capitol control wins. If none reaches that total, the alliance with the longest cumulative control time when the battle ends wins. Control time is cumulative; the rule does not require four uninterrupted hours.

  1. Qualify to challenge

Your alliance occupies a Lv. 6 City and has a city adjacent to the Capitol.

  2. Win Capitol Conquest

Accumulate four hours of control first, or finish with the longest total control time.

  3. The alliance leader becomes President

The winning alliance earns control; its leader receives the position.

The Dark Zone around the Capitol blocks Shields and Radar exploration. Keep that restriction in mind before relocating there.

The Vice President's appointment is revoked when the next Capitol Conquest begins. The President can also dismiss the Vice President before then.

Presidential Mail reaches all commanders in the Warzone. Commendations are individual rewards: only the President can commend a commander, and each commander can receive one commendation during that President's term. Only the President can claim the Presidential Commendation. Commendation counts reset after each Capitol Conquest settlement.

In the cross-Warzone Capitol battle, the President and Vice President can dismiss squads from other alliances. That authority helps them manage the shared garrison.

Applying for President Items

At Base Lv. 16, open Appointment and apply for the item you want. You may have only one President Item application active at a time. After receiving three President Items in one day, you cannot apply for more that day.

Each item accepts up to 100 valid applications. Approval by the President or Vice President moves an applicant into the Auto Authorization Queue, which can hold up to 100 commanders. When that queue is full, further approvals must wait.

Authorization follows queue order as slots become available. The President or Vice President can use Pin to move a commander to the top, so the order can change. The President can also enable Auto Review.

You receive the corresponding item when your authorization ends. Then use it from Inventory to activate its buff. Approval alone does not start the item's five-minute effect window.

When Capitol Conquest begins, application lists are cleared. You can apply again after the new President takes office.

President Item buffs

These buffs apply to the commander who uses the item. Receiving an item does not activate a Warzone-wide bonus. Unused items disappear at 00:00 Server Time, so check the server clock before saving one for later.

Super Construction Crew+50% Construction SpeedConstruction started within five minutes of use.

Super First Aid Kit+20% Healing Speed and +20% Hospital CapacityHealing started within five minutes of use.
Trade Permit+100% Food, Iron and Gold collected from City Resource BuildingsResources collected within five minutes of use.

For construction and research, prepare the job before using the item, then start it within the five-minute window. A speed bonus is not the same as an equal percentage reduction in the displayed timer.

Use the building calculator to check an upgrade's costs, or browse research before choosing what to start. For training and healing, review the troop guide. Trade Permit concerns collection from City Resource Buildings; plan that collection around its activation window.

Conqueror President Items

A President earns the Conqueror title by winning the cross-Warzone battle as the attacker. When your Warzone's President becomes Conqueror, President Items applied for in your Warzone are upgraded to Conqueror versions.

The upgraded items keep the same five-minute timing conditions and unused-item expiry at 00:00 Server Time:

  • Conqueror Engineering Team gives +60% Construction Speed.
  • Conqueror Patent License gives +60% Research Speed.
  • Conqueror Conscription Order gives +25% unit training cap and +25% training speed.
  • Conqueror First Aid Kit gives +25% Healing Speed and +25% Hospital Capacity.
  • Conqueror Trade Permit gives +120% Food, Iron and Gold collected from City Resource Buildings.

Using a standard President Item with the same effect overwrites the Conqueror item's effect. Check the name before using another item, especially while an upgraded buff is active.
